Shipping Policy
Leyo Motorsport utilizes DHL/FedEx for all received orders. It is the customers’ responsibility to input the correct personal and shipping details (Name, Address, Phone number and email address, DHL/FedEx does not accept PO Box). The order may be withheld if incorrect or unclear information is provided to Leyo Motorsport. In the event that the information provided by customer resulted in a lost package, Leyo Motorsport is not held responsible for any claim/damage resulting from this. If you require insurance for your order (at your own cost), please write to accounting@leyomotorsport.com and our personnel will assist you.
When the order has been processed by DHL/FedEx and the recipient requires a change in delivery detail, it is the responsibility of the recipient to contact DHL/FedEx and all cost incurred are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
All transit times & delivery quotes are based off of carriers estimated delivery schedules and destination. In the event such inevitable delays, such as extreme weather, weekends, recognized holidays, Customs delay and other unforeseen reasons, normal transit times may be affected and Leyo Motorsport shall not be held responsible for.
Import Duty & Taxes
Please note that your country may impose duty fees, or other taxes based on the product origin and/or value when the ordered parts arrive at your country. These fees and taxes are based on your country's import policy, and may be imposed in addition to the purchase price and shipping/handling fees collected by us prior to shipment. All such fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient and any and all charges incurred by Leyo Motorsport will be charged to the customer. Leyo Motorsport is not responsible for such fees/taxes on returned items. If you are concerned about possible additional charges, please contact your local Import/Customs authority for more information. All charges, sales, returns, and exchanges will be calculated in US dollars. Leyo Motorsport is not responsible for fluctuations in currency value.
Customers are responsible for understanding their country's international buying laws, and should be aware that all international purchases are subject to additional brokerage, duty or tax fees that are collected at the time of delivery unless otherwise noted by Leyo Motorsport. Leyo Motorsport is not responsible for these charges. If the consignee/receiver refuses to pay these additional charges at the time of delivery, Leyo Motorsport will instruct the shipping carrier to abandon the package. Abandoned packages are destroyed at the shipping warehouse at your local pick up facility. Leyo Motorsport will not be held responsible for any abandoned packages due to these circumstances.
Return Policy
Leyo Motorsport is dedicated to providing the best quality of service to our customers and we offer only the highest quality product and we do our best to ensure that all shipments include complete working highest quality products. However, occasionally an item may have an issue or may have been damaged during shipping. We offer exchanges under the terms set forth within this Return Policy. Just let us know and we’ll either fix or replace any item that was defective upon your receipt. Leyo Motorsport offers warranty exchanges or repairs, as addressed within this Return Policy. You may submit your inquiry for exchange any purchased item for the same item in 15 days from the original date of purchase. Returned items must be in its original brand new unused condition. A 20% re-stocking fee will be charge for the return, any damage or missing items and components will be subject to charge and shipping is non-refundable. Please note the item that was used or the item broke by external force during use are not considered defective product and not eligible for return. Returned item(s) will be inspected by Certified Leyo Motorsport Engineer to verify the condition of the product.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Leyo Motorsport will not accept COD deliveries.
Instructions For Authorized Returns
Please contact Leyo Motorsport at support@leyomotorsport.com for a return authorization number (RA number) and the RA# MUST be written on the return package. Please note that Leyo Motorsport WILL NOT ACCEPT any returns without a RA number. Send the product along with original purchase receipt and all original contents included packaging, parts, accessories, instructions, warranty information, etc. Original contents also included any promotional items that may have been included in your order. Any returns that are missing any original contents will be subject to fees.
If you are returning an item from an order that consisted of multiple items, please be sure to make a copy of the invoice for your records that you may need that for future warranty claims.
Ship the package via customer preference to Leyo Motorsport Service Department. Please note that customers are subjected of exchanged product shipping and the shipping and handling charges on return, all shipping charges are not refundable.
